  Wir haben für 30 Tage ein Auto mit Dachzelt bei Go Rent Namibia gemietet und hatten eine super Zeit. Go Rent Namibia ist ein noch junges Unternehmen die jedoch wirken als ob sie schon lange Erfahrung haben. Die Campingausrüstung war gut ausgestattet. Das Dachzelt ist von guter Qualität und hat auch manche Stürme und Regenschauer überstanden. Das Auto war gut gewartet, wir hatten die ganze Zeit keine Probleme. Es ist ein Reifendrucksensor installiert der im Auto den aktuellen Reifendruck angibt. Da  GoRent Geld für gute Reifen investiert hatten wir die ganze Zeit über keinen Platten. Bei Abholung wurde uns ganz genau alles erklärt und es wurde sich viel Zeit für uns genommen. Auch bei Fragen während der Reise haben wir immer schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Wir würden bei einer erneuten Reise auf jeden Fall wieder bei GoRent buchen und können es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Zeit!

  It's impossible to overstate how friendly and competent the service here is. Robert and his team deliver top-quality cars in perfect condition, all recent Hilux models, and go the extra mile to accommodate your wishes. The fact that the company is owner-operated clearly makes a huge difference. From changes in pick-up and return times to the easy-going way with which changing plants are accommodated (and a great cappuccino on the way out!), this is by far the very best car rental company I've ever dealt with.   Desde el principio todo fue muy bien. Teníamos bastantes dudas con el tema del alquiler del vehículo, porque hay muchas compañías en Windhoek Y finalmente nos decantamos por esta, porque Robert estuvo muy pendiente de resolver nuestras dudas. Christina nos ayudó también con el pago (a veces no es fácil hacer pagos online desde España a Namibia). El coche que nos recomendaron fue una auténtica maravilla, pudimos andar con él por todos lados, Recomiendo que le comentéis la ruta que tenéis pensada antes de seleccionar el coche para aseguraros de que vais a ir bien y sin problemas. El coche estaba súper equipado, no nos faltó de nada y no tuvimos ningún problema en nuestras tres semanas. Simon nos recogió en el aeropuerto y ya nos dió indicaciones al llegar para sacar dinero, movernos y conocimientos básicos del coche y del tráfico, así como una charla muy amena; aunque la oficina no está en el aeropuerto, nos recogieron y nos llevaron y todo fue sobre ruedas. Die Mitarbeiter sind super nett und auch vor Antritt der Reise funktionierte die Kommunikation per Mail super easy. Das Auto hat uns auf ganzer Linie überzeugt und wir haben uns während des gesamten Urlaubs sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Dachzelte waren mega komfortabel und einfach auf- und abzubauen. Die Campingausstattung ist sehr üppig, sodass uns auch da nichts gefehlt hat. Der Shuttleservice vom und zum Flughafen hat ebenfalls super geklappt. Also auf ganzer Linie weiterzuempfehlen.

  We wholeheartedly recommend this car rental company. The car is very clean and well-kept. The offer included the latest Toyota Hilux with a clean tent on the roof. Very helpful and friendly owners who gave a lot of helpful travel tips. The owner showed how to unfold and fold the tent. The car had all the necessary equipment, including two refrigerators, chairs and a table. Not to mention the plates and cutlery.  Verified Highly recommended for a smooth and enjoyable road trip in Namibia ;-) For our second trip to Namibia, we’ve rented a Toyota Hilux with Go Rent Namibia 4x4 for the entire trip (4 weeks) with standard camping equipment. It was simply perfect! So much better than the experience we had 10 years before during our first trip. At this time, we had rented to a larger, South Africa-based company and had many problems with the car (3 flat tires during the first few hundred kilometres of the trip, problems with the batterie…). This time, we decided to rent with Namibia based Go Rent Namibia 4x4, and we highly recommend! The car was great, very reliable and equipped with very good tires, which is quite important when traveling in remote places. The roof tents and camping equipment were also perfect. Everything was well thought, with four boxes containing all what you need for comfort throughout the trip: everything you need to make a fire, cook, eat, sleep (extra blankets…), and enjoy nature (binoculars, headlamp…). Frankly you can feel that the team is used to do camping and knowns what is needed to make your trip incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention to Simon, who picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, and with whom we had a great chat. Many thanks to Robert and all the team also. The paperwork was handled really smoothly, around a nice cup of coffee! We definitely recommend Go Rent Namibia and will definitely choose them again for future trips.

  Very uncomplicated. We didn't have any issues in collecting and returning the car. If we had any issues we could text via WhatsApp and the response was quick. Furthermore the WiFi device they gave us for the car was more than important. Would definitely recommend them to a friend!

  We did rent a Hilux with 2 rooftents for a period of almost 3 weeks pas weeks. Contact with the staff was very pleasant from start. Our main point of contact was Jessica who was very reactive and assisted in upfront preparations. Pick-up, instructions and dropoff with Simon was great. Also Robert gave me good suggestion to go fishing with his friend David on the Okavango, which was a great experience. Cars are relatively new, clean and well maintained.   Excellent company! The car had everything we needed including a fridge in the back. The tent was very comfortable and spacious. The team were always on hand to answer any questions or issues with the car and checked in on how our trip was going. Despite the uneven roads, our tyres were perfectly fine and had no issues during the 2 weeks we had the car!   I have no word to describe how incredible the adventure in this car was ! 13 nights during which we drove from south to north of Namibia. Tent and car were amazing. I can only recommend you this company! During the month of September in the south and along the coast, temperatures were low at night and in the morning, but thanks to blankets and sleeping bags included in the price, nights were much more confortable. The service during the stay was perfect thanks to Robert. He was available at anytime for any question or issue we could have. Go Rent Namibia allowed us to have such great holidays.  Verified Namibia tour We are very pleased by the the serives of Go Rent Namibia! Our jeep was in an excellent shape. There were no technical problems. Everything was clean, complete and well prepared. Robert and Ryan delivered the jeep to our hotel and gave us a very good introduction. They were always available by whatsapp. There are some extraoridnary good features: there is a permanent tyre pressure control in the car - this is a very good safety feature.   Highly recommended! I give a 5 star rating because everything was really great. Rian and Robert are very professional and well organized. The car equipment was very good. The camping equipment was in good, new condition and the bed linen was clean. The car was explained to us well so we had no problems with the handling. I would recommend sleeping there for one night. Rooms are also offered there (Castle View Suites). This way you can start your holiday relaxed. There is also a supermarket nearby.  Verified Dream trip made possible with the perfect car! After almost not having any vacation this year, I started booking accommodation in Namibia with just a week in advance , and given that this is peak season, I knew I would be limited to the type of vehicle I would get from some impersonal rental service at the airport. I had that experience before, and so even without any hope I tried reaching for this company. All their cars were already taken, but they moved mountains to get me the perfect car, and my dream trip with my two boys was made possible through the efforts of Go Rent. I got a brand new Toyota Hilux fully equipped for the most demanding terrain this country threw at us. It had all the gear to be safe and enjoy the trip, even the small, but very important, details as providing a Wi-Fi device so we were connected the whole time, double diesel tank, air compressor…etc etc…to make the 2.200 km we did during a week the best road trip money can buy. With friendly advice from Robert that is also an overlander, and not just a vehicle renter, and the very nice driver that picked us at the airport . I will come back for more, that’s for sure.

  If you are wondering where to book a rental 4x4 for your adventure in Namibia, this is the place. We contacted them about a week ago before arriving in Namibia. Little did we know that August is high season in Namibia and therefore many rental companies are fully booked. Thankfully Go Rent still had an awesome Ford Ranger 3.2 4x4. Christina was so helpful in the e-mail communication with quick response time, clear information and took her time to explain every detail. This made the difference for me, since other rental companies were slow and only focused to rent me a car as soon as possible. Rian and Robert were so amazing throughout the entire journey. Through all 13 days of our adventure, we new that if we had a doubt or any problem, they would do anything to sort us out. I can't express how grateful we are for this guys and their amazing service.  Verified Exceptional 24 days driving through Namibia and Botswana. For our first trip through Namibia and Botswana we decided to rent a 4x4 Nissan NP300 brand with full camping equipment (tent, kitchen utensils, table, chairs, refrigerator, binoculars, etc.). The car was in perfect condition, very reliable and equipped with very good tyres. The first day we had a mishap and we punctured but having the necessary material we were able to fix it without any problems. As for dealing with the company’s workers, it has been spectacular; Robert explained everything we should know exactly and tried to make everything clear by explaining in Spanish. In addition, when making the payment as in Spain we were mistaken we were able to make all the payment right there on the day of the pickup of the vehicle. On the other hand, in the middle of our tour we had a mishap (we broke the direction of the car), just communicating it gave us a solution and the next day we were in a workshop fixing it without affecting our itinerary. Finally, the journey from the airport to the city is covered, that is, they take you the first day and the last of your stay, gesture that is appreciated since the airport is not very close to the city.   Wir waren 7 Wochen, 7500km unterwegs in ganz Namibia. Zuerst in den Süden, danach Swakopmund, Norden, Etosha, Kaprivistreifen, Botswana, Okawango Delta. Der Toyota Hillux war unser super Fahrzeug und zu Hause während diesen sieben Wochen. Super neue Autos, keine Pannen, keine Probleme mit den Pneus. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Kühlschrank, aber Robert war jederzeit mit seiner Hilfe für uns da und wir konnten das Problem zu unserer Zufriedenheit lösen. Der Service war perfekt, vom Anfang, Buchung usw. bis zum Schluss.  Abholung vom Flughafen durch Simon und Once, wo wir schon die ersten Instruktionen für die Fahrzeuge und die Besonderheiten der namibischen Strassen erfahren haben. The tents and equipment is more than sufficient, including towels. A little technical hick up was promptly solved on Easter Sunday.   Alles super! Tolles Auto, tolle Einweisung, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, super Service: wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und zur ersten Unterkunft gebracht, am nächsten Tag zur Übergabe abgeholt, nach der Abgabe wurden wir zur letzten Unterkunft und am nächsten Tag wieder zum Flughafen gebracht - top!  Verified Highly recommended My husband and I rented Toyota Hilux fully equipped for camping from GoRent Namibia to travel through Namibia, Zambia and Botswana, for a month. Airport pick-up and return were smooth and easy. Jessica, Alicia, and Robert went out of their way to deliver amazing customer service. They are extremely friendly and personable. Give great tips about driving on Namibian roads. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition and worked very well.   Robert and the entire team made our first self-drive trip by 4x4 through Namibia an outstanding success. From the moment we enquired about the rentals all the way to the drop-off at the airport at the end, we felt well taken care of, also when we had a small issue with the tyres and the fridge (which is likely to happen on those gravel roads), Robert and the team were very responsive and supportive, all the way though.  Verified Amazing Experience Car was absolutely great and came with everything we needed for our trip through Namibia and Botswana. Just make sure the diesel Jerry is secure in the back if you plan on off-roading. Roads in Botswana are terrible in the National parks and surrounding area so be careful when driving there.

 Verified Just perfect - overdelivered on my expectations Perfect! I rented an almost new Hilux with rooftop for a roundtrip through Namibia. Car was equipped with really everything, staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything. After the first day there where some unclear issues with the car and they send a new car instantly to meet me on road and exchange it - just to be sure and i would not have to worry. Super professional and customer orientated! I can highly recommend them. The trip was almost 4000km on all sorts of road, never had any issues, everything was perfect.

  Wir haben für 30 Tage ein Auto mit Dachzelt bei Go Rent Namibia gemietet und hatten eine super Zeit. Go Rent Namibia ist ein noch junges Unternehmen die jedoch wirken als ob sie schon lange Erfahrung haben. Die Campingausrüstung war gut ausgestattet. Das Dachzelt ist von guter Qualität und hat auch manche Stürme und Regenschauer überstanden. Das Auto war gut gewartet, wir hatten die ganze Zeit keine Probleme. Es ist ein Reifendrucksensor installiert der im Auto den aktuellen Reifendruck angibt. Da  GoRent Geld für gute Reifen investiert hatten wir die ganze Zeit über keinen Platten. Bei Abholung wurde uns ganz genau alles erklärt und es wurde sich viel Zeit für uns genommen. Auch bei Fragen während der Reise haben wir immer schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Wir würden bei einer erneuten Reise auf jeden Fall wieder bei GoRent buchen und können es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Zeit!

  It's impossible to overstate how friendly and competent the service here is. Robert and his team deliver top-quality cars in perfect condition, all recent Hilux models, and go the extra mile to accommodate your wishes. The fact that the company is owner-operated clearly makes a huge difference. From changes in pick-up and return times to the easy-going way with which changing plants are accommodated (and a great cappuccino on the way out!), this is by far the very best car rental company I've ever dealt with.   Desde el principio todo fue muy bien. Teníamos bastantes dudas con el tema del alquiler del vehículo, porque hay muchas compañías en Windhoek Y finalmente nos decantamos por esta, porque Robert estuvo muy pendiente de resolver nuestras dudas. Christina nos ayudó también con el pago (a veces no es fácil hacer pagos online desde España a Namibia). El coche que nos recomendaron fue una auténtica maravilla, pudimos andar con él por todos lados, Recomiendo que le comentéis la ruta que tenéis pensada antes de seleccionar el coche para aseguraros de que vais a ir bien y sin problemas. El coche estaba súper equipado, no nos faltó de nada y no tuvimos ningún problema en nuestras tres semanas. Simon nos recogió en el aeropuerto y ya nos dió indicaciones al llegar para sacar dinero, movernos y conocimientos básicos del coche y del tráfico, así como una charla muy amena; aunque la oficina no está en el aeropuerto, nos recogieron y nos llevaron y todo fue sobre ruedas. Die Mitarbeiter sind super nett und auch vor Antritt der Reise funktionierte die Kommunikation per Mail super easy. Das Auto hat uns auf ganzer Linie überzeugt und wir haben uns während des gesamten Urlaubs sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Dachzelte waren mega komfortabel und einfach auf- und abzubauen. Die Campingausstattung ist sehr üppig, sodass uns auch da nichts gefehlt hat. Der Shuttleservice vom und zum Flughafen hat ebenfalls super geklappt. Also auf ganzer Linie weiterzuempfehlen.

  We wholeheartedly recommend this car rental company. The car is very clean and well-kept. The offer included the latest Toyota Hilux with a clean tent on the roof. Very helpful and friendly owners who gave a lot of helpful travel tips. The owner showed how to unfold and fold the tent. The car had all the necessary equipment, including two refrigerators, chairs and a table. Not to mention the plates and cutlery.  Verified Highly recommended for a smooth and enjoyable road trip in Namibia ;-) For our second trip to Namibia, we’ve rented a Toyota Hilux with Go Rent Namibia 4x4 for the entire trip (4 weeks) with standard camping equipment. It was simply perfect! So much better than the experience we had 10 years before during our first trip. At this time, we had rented to a larger, South Africa-based company and had many problems with the car (3 flat tires during the first few hundred kilometres of the trip, problems with the batterie…). This time, we decided to rent with Namibia based Go Rent Namibia 4x4, and we highly recommend! The car was great, very reliable and equipped with very good tires, which is quite important when traveling in remote places. The roof tents and camping equipment were also perfect. Everything was well thought, with four boxes containing all what you need for comfort throughout the trip: everything you need to make a fire, cook, eat, sleep (extra blankets…), and enjoy nature (binoculars, headlamp…). Frankly you can feel that the team is used to do camping and knowns what is needed to make your trip incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention to Simon, who picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, and with whom we had a great chat. Many thanks to Robert and all the team also. The paperwork was handled really smoothly, around a nice cup of coffee! We definitely recommend Go Rent Namibia and will definitely choose them again for future trips.

  We did rent a Hilux with 2 rooftents for a period of almost 3 weeks pas weeks. Contact with the staff was very pleasant from start. Our main point of contact was Jessica who was very reactive and assisted in upfront preparations. Pick-up, instructions and dropoff with Simon was great. Also Robert gave me good suggestion to go fishing with his friend David on the Okavango, which was a great experience. Cars are relatively new, clean and well maintained. The team were always on hand to answer any questions or issues with the car and checked in on how our trip was going.   I have no word to describe how incredible the adventure in this car was ! 13 nights during which we drove from south to north of Namibia. Tent and car were amazing. I can only recommend you this company! During the month of September in the south and along the coast, temperatures were low at night and in the morning, but thanks to blankets and sleeping bags included in the price, nights were much more confortable. The service during the stay was perfect thanks to Robert. He was available at anytime for any question or issue we could have. Go Rent Namibia allowed us to have such great holidays. Everything was clean, complete and well prepared. Robert and Ryan delivered the jeep to our hotel and gave us a very good introduction. They were always available by whatsapp. There are some extraoridnary good features: there is a permanent tyre pressure control in the car - this is a very good safety feature. The camping equipment was in good, new condition and the bed linen was clean. The car was explained to us well so we had no problems with the handling. I would recommend sleeping there for one night. Rooms are also offered there (Castle View Suites). This way you can start your holiday relaxed. There is also a supermarket nearby. In addition, Rian's grilling skills are great and he can give good tips for the route and gravel roads!

 Verified Dream trip made possible with the perfect car! After almost not having any vacation this year, I started booking accommodation in Namibia with just a week in advance , and given that this is peak season, I knew I would be limited to the type of vehicle I would get from some impersonal rental service at the airport. I had that experience before, and so even without any hope I tried reaching for this company. All their cars were already taken, but they moved mountains to get me the perfect car, and my dream trip with my two boys was made possible through the efforts of Go Rent. I got a brand new Toyota Hilux fully equipped for the most demanding terrain this country threw at us. It had all the gear to be safe and enjoy the trip, even the small, but very important, details as providing a Wi-Fi device so we were connected the whole time, double diesel tank, air compressor…etc etc…to make the 2.200 km we did during a week the best road trip money can buy. With friendly advice from Robert that is also an overlander, and not just a vehicle renter, and the very nice driver that picked us at the airport . I will come back for more, that’s for sure.

  If you are wondering where to book a rental 4x4 for your adventure in Namibia, this is the place. We contacted them about a week ago before arriving in Namibia. Little did we know that August is high season in Namibia and therefore many rental companies are fully booked. Thankfully Go Rent still had an awesome Ford Ranger 3.2 4x4. Christina was so helpful in the e-mail communication with quick response time, clear information and took her time to explain every detail. This made the difference for me, since other rental companies were slow and only focused to rent me a car as soon as possible. Rian and Robert were so amazing throughout the entire journey. Through all 13 days of our adventure, we new that if we had a doubt or any problem, they would do anything to sort us out. I can't express how grateful we are for this guys and their amazing service. This company really goes that extra mile and cares about making the Namibia experience a unique one. Will definetely be back, thanks so much guys!

  Vraiment génial ! Devis et réservation par mail très facile, et on vient vous chercher à l'aéroport. 4x4 en excellent état (0 crevaison), et tout le nécessaire pour camper. Les gros plus : puce 4G et borne wifi, idéal pour la navigation, et on peut les joindre à tout moment sur whatsapp en cas de problème.  Verified Exceptional 24 days driving through Namibia and Botswana. For our first trip through Namibia and Botswana we decided to rent a 4x4 Nissan NP300 brand with full camping equipment (tent, kitchen utensils, table, chairs, refrigerator, binoculars, etc.). The car was in perfect condition, very reliable and equipped with very good tyres. The first day we had a mishap and we punctured but having the necessary material we were able to fix it without any problems. As for dealing with the company’s workers, it has been spectacular; Robert explained everything we should know exactly and tried to make everything clear by explaining in Spanish. In addition, when making the payment as in Spain we were mistaken we were able to make all the payment right there on the day of the pickup of the vehicle. On the other hand, in the middle of our tour we had a mishap (we broke the direction of the car), just communicating it gave us a solution and the next day we were in a workshop fixing it without affecting our itinerary. Finally, the journey from the airport to the city is covered, that is, they take you the first day and the last of your stay, gesture that is appreciated since the airport is not very close to the city. Therefore, we recommend %100 rent with Go Rent company.

  Wir waren 7 Wochen, 7500km unterwegs in ganz Namibia. Zuerst in den Süden, danach Swakopmund, Norden, Etosha, Kaprivistreifen, Botswana, Okawango Delta. Der Toyota Hillux war unser super Fahrzeug und zu Hause während diesen sieben Wochen. Super neue Autos, keine Pannen, keine Probleme mit den Pneus. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Kühlschrank, aber Robert war jederzeit mit seiner Hilfe für uns da und wir konnten das Problem zu unserer Zufriedenheit lösen. Der Service war perfekt, vom Anfang, Buchung usw. bis zum Schluss.  Abholung vom Flughafen durch Simon und Once, wo wir schon die ersten Instruktionen für die Fahrzeuge und die Besonderheiten der namibischen Strassen erfahren haben.  Verified Great equpipment with experinenced and friendly people Pick up and handover were friendly and filled with good information. The car was in perfect condition (band new). The tents and equipment is more than sufficient, including towels. A little technical hick up was promptly solved on Easter Sunday. Tolles Auto, tolle Einweisung, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, super Service: wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und zur ersten Unterkunft gebracht, am nächsten Tag zur Übergabe abgeholt, nach der Abgabe wurden wir zur letzten Unterkunft und am nächsten Tag wieder zum Flughafen gebracht - top! Ich konnte es kaum glauben, dass man bei so vielen Bewertungen einen Durchschnitt von 5,0 hat, aber jetzt weiß ich warum.

Airport pick-up and return were smooth and easy. Jessica, Alicia, and Robert went out of their way to deliver amazing customer service. They are extremely friendly and personable. Give great tips about driving on Namibian roads. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition and worked very well.  Verified Amazing Experience Car was absolutely great and came with everything we needed for our trip through Namibia and Botswana. Just make sure the diesel Jerry is secure in the back if you plan on off-roading. Roads in Botswana are terrible in the National parks and surrounding area so be careful when driving there.

 Verified Just perfect - overdelivered on my expectations Perfect! I rented an almost new Hilux with rooftop for a roundtrip through Namibia. Car was equipped with really everything, staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything. After the first day there where some unclear issues with the car and they send a new car instantly to meet me on road and exchange it - just to be sure and i would not have to worry. Super professional and customer orientated! I can highly recommend them. The trip was almost 4000km on all sorts of road, never had any issues, everything was perfect.
