If the vehicle is returned with scratches a fee N$3000 will be charged to have the car professionally polished and in good condition for our next client.
An administration fee of N$450 will be levied to cover the costs of processing the claim.
Lost Key Fee
If the vehicle’s key is lost a fee of N$1500 will be charged to cover replacement costs.
If the vehicle is returned with excessive dirt on the interior or stained upholstery a fee of N$1500 may be charged.
Should the renter receive a traffic fine whilst renting our vehicles and does not pay the fine before leaving the country, we will charge an admin fee of N$450
When we have to deliver or collect a vehicle from a different location than Windhoek, an additional fee will be charged. The rate will be indicated on your quote.
If the vehicle is not returned on the date and time as agreed, the renter will pay a fee of N$450.
As well as any additional days which the vehicle has been rented will be added to the invoice.
Hosea Kutako International Airport is situated 45 km outside of Windhoek. We do not have an office at the airport, nor do we do deliveries at the airport. We can arrange transport on your behalf at no additional cost. You will pay the shuttle service upon pick-up.
